Description  Wisconsin State Fair Cream Puffs are iconic, massive pastries featuring a light, airy, and slightly crunchy choux pastry shell filled to overflowing with fresh, sweetened whipped cream and topped with a dusting of powdered sugar. Baked fresh on-site in the Dairy Building using a 94-year-old recipe, they are a signature, creamy, and often messy fair tradition.
